People usually come to me because they feel stuck in the same reactions or patterns, even after they’ve talked about them or worked on them before. Something still hasn’t shifted, and it’s frustrating.

At some point, your body learned certain rules to keep you safe.

Those rules still run in the background, even when they’re no longer true.

Belief Collapsing is the way I help your body let go of old rules it picked up that keep creating anxiety or self-doubt.

Instead of trying to think your way out of a trigger, we look at where that pressure is still being held and help it release. I use tools like Human Design to see where patterns tend to show up, and SRT (Subconscious Release Technique) to help your body let them go.

When the pressure lifts, reactions change without forcing.

If you're like most women I work with, you're caring, thoughtful, and trying your best. You’ve handled a lot but you are tired of carrying everything on your own.

My role is to help you get unstuck. Not by pushing or fixing, but by listening closely to what your body and emotions have been trying to say. When stress has been there for a while, even small things can feel heavy. We focus on helping your system release what it no longer needs to hold.

My own life has shown me how deeply the body holds onto experiences, and how much can change once those patterns let go. That’s why my work looks at the whole picture: the subconscious beliefs, how your energy is wired, and what your body needs to feel supported again.

People sometimes joke they wish I could just wave a magic wand and make the stuck feeling disappear. While it isn’t magic, the shift can feel surprisingly quick. When the right belief releases, the body no longer has to react the same way.

I work in a calm, practical way, always at your pace. People often tell me this feels less like “doing self-work” and more like having someone in their corner who understands what's going on.
