What is Subconscious Release Technique (SRT)?

SRT is a gentle but powerful process that helps uncover and release the hidden beliefs and emotions stored in your subconscious. These are the patterns that often fuel stress, self-doubt, overwhelm, or old habits without you even realizing it.

How is SRT different from regular coaching or therapy?

Unlike traditional talk-based methods, SRT works directly with the subconscious mind. Instead of just managing thoughts on the surface, it clears the root triggers so lasting change feels natural and not forced.

What happens in a session?

You’ll share what’s been weighing on you whether it’s stress eating, relationship struggles, or self-doubt and I’ll guide you through a simple process of identifying and releasing the emotions tied to it. You don’t have to re-live painful details for it to work.

Do I need to believe in anything specific for SRT to work?

Not at all, you just need to be open and willing to follow the process. Many clients are surprised at how simple it feels and how quickly they notice shifts.

Can SRT help with things outside of food and health?

Yes! While it’s powerful for calming cravings and supporting better habits, SRT can also help with stress, confidence, relationships, and patterns of overthinking or guilt.

How soon will I notice results?

Many clients feel lighter and more at ease after just one session, while deeper patterns may take a few sessions to fully shift. Think of it like peeling back layers, you get relief right away, and even more clarity as you go.

How long is a session, and how do we meet?

Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes and held virtually over Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your own home.

Do I have to share personal details for it to work?

No, you can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. The process works by focusing on the emotions and beliefs behind your experience, not on the story itself.
