I thought I was eating healthy...

I had learned a lot about nutrition over the years and I felt like I was eating pretty healthy but I still craved sugar and carbs. I was one of the lucky ones, I'd never really had to worry about my weight. Even after having my seventh baby at 42, I easily lost the weight without much trouble.

Then menopause hit.

I gained 25 pounds that didn't want to budge, no matter what I tried.

I didn't realize how much inflammation my body was holding onto, I was starting to feel my age, and I honestly didn't know what else to do because I thought I had already tried everything healthy.

As I started working with my body instead of fighting it, things slowly got easier.

The food noise quieted, fasting stopped feeling like torture, my energy came back, the inflammation went down, and yes...

the 25 pounds came off.

Not because I had more willpower, it's just healthy didn't feel so hard anymore.

What women are saying...

“Stephanie does an amazing job in walking you through thought processes and gaining perspective. She is so grounded and has a very calming nature that I felt so safe in my sessions with her. She explains things in a way my brain grasps and I’m not left wondering what the heck she might mean (as I’ve experienced with some other “coaches”). I enjoy her personality very much and highly, highly recommend experiencing this for yourself.”

“Working with Stephanie has been truly life-changing. Before coaching, I was stuck in limiting beliefs about weight loss, constantly feeling like I would never succeed. Through her guidance, I was able to do deep work around releasing the mental blocks that were holding me back. Together, we created a realistic plan that I could stick to at least 80% of the time, making weight loss feel achievable rather than overwhelming. One of the most powerful shifts was learning to reframe how I talk to myself. Stephanie helped me develop affirmations and a new language pattern that replaced self-doubt with self-empowerment. Stephanie is an incredible coach for anyone struggling with limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, low self-esteem, or lack of confidence. She has a gift for helping you break through mental barriers and step into a more confident, empowered version of yourself. If you’re ready to transform your mindset and achieve real results, I highly recommend working with her!”

“I am over the moon. I JUST had a session with Stephanie Bridges. Yes! Intuitives need other intuitives! I had been struggling with blame, self-hatred and frustration. About 1 year ago, life was going so fantastic-ly-in my marriage, with my business, I was healing my sleep issues, and I was feeling alive and so very pleased with the weight I was at. But things started to go south with my weight…or north? I started to gain weight rapidly. Like physically unexplainable. I asked so many questions and pointed my finger every which way. The story of my life was. . . “It’s All Your Fault!” How could it be my fault?! I was doing everything right. Blaming everyone else just derailed my happiness in so many ways. I let it. I couldn’t see until NOW that it was self sabotage. I HAD a belief that I could be happy only if XYZ was in place and being a certain weight or less than a certain weight was one of the criteria. But more than that I told myself and believed the lie that life had to look and be a certain way ️ perfect️ in order for me to have another baby. Then the self-sabotage kicked in!!! During my session with Stephanie I mourned the loss of my plans not being realized and received so much clarity that what I was really wanting was not to weight less, but more! I looked over at my BIG baby (almost 3!! ) next to me on my bed and with my spiritual eyes saw a tiny baby and I felt so much peace and joy. My soul expanded. I tantrum-ed so long and HARD. I’m very good at it. And having Stephanie hold space for me while I very reluctantly surrendered was just what I needed. I hope and pray that you can see your heart’s desire. I pray you can see where you aren’t aligning so that you can connect to what it is you truly want. Yes, I’d ultimately like to be lighter. That would be great, but what I really desire is to add another precious soul to our family. Don’t add hoops to jump through or conditions on your happiness! You can experience happiness now. You know who you are!!! It’s okay to receive help. It can be so freeing to accept the gift of another holding space for you. You are worthy of the care.”
