Two Ways to Care for Your Body

Both sessions are designed to support your body's natural ability to find balance.

While they share that goal, each offers a different experience.

Zonereflex™

Best if you're feeling...

  • Stressed

  • Anxious

  • Burned out

  • Overwhelmed

  • Like you can't relax

This is a calming session that works with the feet, lower legs, hands, forearms, spine, ears, and scalp while you remain fully clothed.

The goal is to help your body shift from fight-or-flight into rest, digest, and healing so you leave feeling deeply relaxed and restored

What is Zonereflex™?

Zonereflex™ is a gentle relaxation technique designed to help calm your nervous system. During the session, I work on specific points on your feet, lower legs, hands, forearms, spine, ears, and scalp using light touch. Many people leave feeling deeply relaxed, calmer, and more balanced.

How is Zonereflex™ different from a Foot Zone?

While both are relaxing, they have different purposes.

A Foot Zone focuses on supporting the body's systems through reflexes on the feet. It's often chosen by people wanting ongoing support for their overall wellness.

Zonereflex™ is centered on calming the nervous system. The goal is to help your body shift out of stress so it can relax, recharge, and restore.

Many clients enjoy receiving both because they complement each other so well.

What does a session feel like?

Most people describe it as deeply relaxing. Some feel so relaxed they drift off to sleep, while others simply enjoy a quiet hour where their mind and body can finally slow down.

Everyone's experience is different, but many leave feeling lighter, calmer, and refreshed.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and allows me easy access to the lower legs and arms.

You'll remain fully clothed during the session. I'll have you remove your shoes and socks and all jewlery, including earrings, since I'll be working on your feet, lower legs, hands, forearms, ears, scalp, and the top of the spine. For your comfort and mine, please wash hands and feet before arriving!

How long is a session?

Sessions are usually about 75 minutes.

How many sessions will I need?

Some people notice a difference after just one session, while others choose to come regularly because they enjoy how they feel afterward.

It really depends on your goals and how much stress your body has been carrying.

Who is Zonereflex™ for?

Zonereflex™ may be a wonderful fit if you:

Feel stressed or overwhelmed

Have a hard time relaxing

Feel emotionally drained

Have trouble slowing your mind down

Simply want an hour to recharge and care for yourself

Is Zonereflex™ painful?

Not at all.

The techniques used are very gentle. Most people find the session comfortable and deeply relaxing.

Is Zonereflex™ safe?

Zonereflex™ is a gentle, non-invasive relaxation technique that is appropriate for most people.

If you have any medical concerns or are pregnant, please let me know before your appointment so we can determine whether any modifications are needed.

What should I do after my session?

Give yourself permission to enjoy the relaxed feeling.

Drink plenty of water, notice how your body feels over the next day or two, and, if possible, avoid rushing right back into a busy schedule.

Many people tell me they sleep especially well after a session.

Foot Zone

Best if you want to...

  • improve your overall health

  • support your body's natural function

  • address health concerns

  • take a whole-body approach to wellness

A Foot Zone works with reflexes connected to every organ, gland, and system of the body. Rather than focusing primarily on relaxation, a foot zone is designed to support your body's overall function and encourage balance throughout the body.

What is a Foot Zone?

A Foot Zone is a relaxing technique based on the idea that different areas of the feet correspond with the organs, glands, muscles, and systems of the body.

Rather than focusing on one symptom, a Foot Zone looks at the body as a whole. My goal is to encourage balance and support your body's natural ability to function the way it was designed to.

What can a Foot Zone help with?

Everyone comes for different reasons.

Some people simply want to feel better overall. Others come because they're dealing with stress, fatigue, headaches, hormone changes, digestive concerns, poor sleep, inflammation, or they just feel "off."

While I can't promise specific results, many clients tell me they feel more relaxed, sleep better, have more energy, and notice improvements in how they feel overall.

Do I have to have something "wrong" to benefit from a Foot Zone?

Not at all.

Many people come simply because they want to take better care of their bodies.

Just like eating nutritious food or going for a walk supports your health before problems develop, a Foot Zone can be part of an ongoing wellness routine.

What happens during a Foot Zone?

You'll relax in a comfortable recliner while I work through specific reflex points on your feet. I also incorporate warm stones and gemstones to create a calming, enjoyable experience.

Many people use the time to simply rest. Others enjoy visiting while I work.

As we visit, we may also talk through emotional challenges, limiting beliefs, or stressful situations you're experiencing. Sometimes having someone listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you see things from a different perspective can be just as valuable as the Foot Zone itself.

Whether you spend the hour chatting, reflecting quietly, or taking a nap, this time is completely yours.

Does it hurt?

Most of the session feels relaxing.

Occasionally, an area may feel a little tender as I work through a reflex point, but it usually passes quickly. I always adjust my pressure to what feels comfortable for you.

My goal isn't to make you "tough it out." I want you to enjoy the experience.

How often should I get a Foot Zone?

That depends on your goals.

Some people come once a month as part of their wellness routine. Others choose to come more frequently for a period of time while they're working through a particular concern.

We'll talk about what makes the most sense for you

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that gives me easy access to the feet and ankles.

You'll only remove your shoes and socks, and for your comfort and mine, I ask that you wash your feet before arriving!

How long is a Foot Zone appointment?

Plan on 75 minutes, this gives us plenty of time for the session without feeling rushed.

Will I notice anything afterward?

Everyone is different.

Some people notice they sleep better, have more energy, or simply feel more relaxed. Others notice changes over the next few days as their body continues to respond.

Some people feel a difference after one session, while others notice changes over time.

Is Foot Zoning a replacement for medical care?

No.

A Foot Zone is intended to support your body's natural wellness and relaxation. It is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

I encourage you to continue working with your healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
